Service Agreement Service Agreement: I hereby acknowledge that I am the authorized person in the above mentioned Company and request Alia International, to put our Company's (as mentioned above) advertisement on their Website or Websites for a period of no less then 23 hours. I also hereby Acknowledge that i am not a Used/Secondhand Textile Machinery Dealer and I hold Alia International harmless from and against all claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses suffered and incurred by me arising out of, or in any way related to these Advertisements. Alia International reserves the right to cancel an Advertisement which it deems to be harmful in nature or content. In case of Cancellation of Advertisement, Alia International is not liable for any reimbursement of funds. Alia International also reserves the right to change the date of the Advertisement if the dates are not available or already booked. In such a case the client will be informed of the change in dates. In case of Cancellation of Advertisement, Alia International is not liable for any reimbursement of funds. Advertisement dates will only be booked once payment is recieved successfully. I authorize Alia International and its agents to perform all the necessary work for these advertisements. I will provide Alia International with necessary Details and Data for these Advertisements if and when they require. The aforementioned authorizations shall remain in effect until Alia International receives a written notification to cancel.
